Advantages of DDM Sensors 0-10 V Pressure Sensors
Maximum Performance in Minimal Installation Space
The miniaturization of our pressure sensors allows for integration even into extremely confined installation spaces. With dimensions starting at a diameter of just 22 mm (Model PV-22) and a low weight of approximately 75 g to 85 g, these pressure sensors are particularly suited for mobile applications.
High Measurement Precision and Reliability
Miniaturized pressure sensors from DDM Sensors feature high measurement precision with a total error of up to pm ≤ ±0.25% (Models PV-25 and PV-22) across a temperature range of up to -40 to 125°C and a long-term stability of ≤ ± 0.1% per year. The output signal reacts with a fast response time of under 0.5 ms to pressure changes. To document this performance, we can supply corresponding factory certificates upon request.
Robust 0-10 V Voltage Signal
The analog 0–10 V voltage signal offers high noise immunity; of course, 4–20 mA current outputs are also available. This facilitates integration into existing control systems. The maximum bridgeable distance to the PLC depends on the environmental conditions and the cable cross-section used.
Durability and Media Compatibility
For high durability and wide media compatibility, we manufacture the wetted parts of our pressure sensors from high-quality stainless steels such as 1.4404 and 1.4435. This allows for reliable use with various gases and liquids. The robust construction with protection classes up to IP67 ensures permanent operation even in harsh industrial environments.
