Integration and Compatibility of Flow Meters
Our flow meters are designed for easy integration into your crop sprayers and are particularly suited for confined installation spaces. Mechanical installation is facilitated by standardized connections that allow hassle-free mounting into existing piping systems.
For electrical connectivity, we rely on standardized plug connectors, such as M12. We offer a variety of signal outputs, including pulse signals (NPN/PNP), analog signals (4–20 mA), and CAN bus, ensuring seamless compatibility with common on-board computers and terminals. Depending on the model, plug-and-play integration into CAN bus systems is also possible. For optimal measurement results, the flow meter should be installed in a way that prevents it from running dry.
While academic approaches often dictate straight inlet and outlet piping zones, our practical experience shows that the measurement results remain sufficiently precise for most applications even without these runs.
